The Big Garden is currently accepting fall applications for our fruit orchard program in collaboration with the Giving Grove. United Methodist churches (and their local partners) in rural Kansas and Nebraska are eligible to participate in this exciting program. Churches must be enrolled in the Healthy Congregations program to apply. If your church isn’t currently enrolled in the Healthy Congregations program, please contact Dashinika Poindexter at dashinika@healthfund.org to learn more.

The orchard grant provides up to 10 fruit trees for FREE in addition to all supplies needed for planting day. The Big Garden will be there every step of the way, from planting, pruning, on-going training, and horticulture support.
