5-Ingredient Caprese-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
12 large button mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the mushroom caps on the baking sheet, hollow side up.
In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the mozzarella mixture, pressing it down gently.
Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 15-18 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
