5-Ingredient Caprese-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 large button mushrooms, stems removed

  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Arrange the mushroom caps on the baking sheet, hollow side up.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil.

  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mozzarella mixture, pressing it down gently.

  5. Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 15-18 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.

  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
